EMPLOYER MANDATES

• Prevailing Wage – Oppose any labor mandates which expand the state’s prevailing wage laws
• Agribusiness Labor Regulations – Oppose the “NYS Farmworker Fair Labor Practices Bill”
• Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) – Approve legislation that would prohibit NYS from imposing new regulations on phone services that use VoIP technology
• Call Centers – Oppose bills that require regulated entities, such as telecommunications companies and utilities, to provide certain call center services to customers from centers located within their respective in-state service territories
